Ditch the "clever" text mouse over stuff.
Also, you're wrecking your information hierarchy by putting your right bar vertically level with your big intro blur on the top left. Let that intro blurb sit on its own with nothing to the right of it.

- curyous 16y ago+1 this a good first step, but in terms of visual appeal and clarity of message, you've got a long way to go. I found this to be one of the worst websites I've visited in quite a while. I'm looking forward to when your innovation heads in the direction of improving communication.
