If we take CallJoy and add their Duplex service, it's easy to see where this is going: call centers and IVR. Companies like Avaya and Cisco are making banks selling solutions for call centers, but what if this could be automated? Perhaps not today, but say around 2025, 2030? I doubt Cisco and Avaya have the expertise to pull this off, but Google (or Amazon) certainly could.
