There customer service queue is literally months long before they probably ignore your request.

  Every return I've ever done has been approved and completed in under 2 days. Old Steam Support (Pre-2014ish) was a disaster though, so I can totally understand where you're coming from.

    Returns are the only thing they do well. Their support is absolute garbage in every other regard.
