"2 to leave your number and receive a call back."
- mcny 8y agoI tried that with T-Mobile one time. They called me back and asked me for my SSN, date of birth, ... . this was after I went through this process when I tried to call them and yes they were calling a T-Mobile number. In 2011! I said just think about what you're asking for and the representative pretended to not understand. What is this madness? I will never use call back unless something changes.
