Is the size of a market only defined by how much the workers are payed in that market?

  Just trying to give people a potential amount Google could be making from this type of technology as it improves. I just found it interesting when I did that maths, maybe the market is bigger or smaller - what do you think?

    I think there are two problems with this: 1) call centers already have software to record calls and quantify results 2) Google have only ever provided the minimum support mandated by consumer protection laws, none at all wherever they're not compelled to provide it, it's a huge leap to go from that to improving call centers...
