groovy pipelines solve a lot but cost a lot. Finding where to draw the line is really really hard. Anyway jenkins works, is free, is easy to setup, and easy to use for everyone except the one writing the groovy :) groovy sucks, jenkins works (high praise, really), but you get what you get
