- iAinsley 7y agoMy impression is that the We Company (holding company), will diversify into social spaces for social things, including short term hoteling: a la co-living, airbnb/Marriott, event spaces, popups, etc. You're right, the gym membership subscription model will quickly fall apart during the next downturn.
