“There is a personality type who cherry picks easy problems from other peoples queues and then front runs the news of solving them. They create a race to the bottom environment where to survive in the org, people start competing to claim credit for insignificant problems and create pressure to neglect the valuable and hard ones. It also creates "turf," instead of collaboration.” These people are the worst. I wonder what inspires people to waste their time like this instead of learning to do things the right way and making a real contribution. Low self esteem and bad morals?
