I have a HL5250DN that I picked up for $70 at least 5 years ago. It’s been going strong since then with occasional home printing duties and despite it not supporting modern wireless printing, Brother’s own “iPrint&Scan” software (with the printer hooked up via wired Ethernet) was a welcome discovery.
Would never have thought I could print directly from an iPad/iPhone to a ~12 year old printer like that, but it works really well. I was quite impressed it was possible and will never buy an HP/Epson inkjet again.
