- SapporoChris 7y agoMost likely an issue with that website/service in particular. Other sites list more properties, but still a limited number. So your point about something not adding up may still be correct. https://en.sekaiproperty.com/search/japan/wakayama https://en.sekaiproperty.com/search/japan/wakayama In my experience, when looking at real estate in Japan, going to a local agent is really the best bet.
