- petercooper 16y agoOr even in western Europe. My regular household expenses, mortgage, etc, are around $2k and I live in the UK, have a kid, a mortgage, a gas-guzzling car, give my wife housekeeping each week (she doesn't work), and we are more than comfortable. I could even make some big cuts into that.
