A balloon at 50,000 feet rapidly descending doesn't fit the bill at all?
- inamberclad 7y agoNot if it descends faster than 9.81 m/s^2 (or slower, since a deflated balloon will create a lot of drag), neglecting a violent downdraft on what looks like a pretty normal day.
