What about just using `docker-compose exec` to get into the running API container, and then executing the tests inside of that, against localhost? Not as pretty

What about just using `docker-compose exec` to get into the running API container, and then executing the tests inside of that, against localhost? Not as pretty as properly testing from an outside container, but seems by far the easiest way to solve this problem.
