- apostacy 7y agoReally, so if a bunch of people in wealthy suburbs and people in public housing switched geographical locations, then their behavior would change? I hope you can see how ludicrous that is. Is their something in the air perhaps, that makes people in Bed-Stuy or South-Central Los Angeles more violent? You are putting the cart before the horse. It is the other way around. And so, you can put these people in wealthy suburbs, but it won't actually transform them into the residents of those suburbs.
