Does this include the FBI/Fusion centers?
- jkaplowitz 7y agoThe ruling was based on the MA state constitution, so it probably doesn't constrain federal law enforcement agencies. But it definitely constrains MA state and local officials, whether or not they're collaborating voluntarily with the feds in a fusion center.
