I wouldn't say hyperbolic as much as irrelevant. What does the ability to hack DNA have to do with having my complete genome? So you'll have a Petri dish full of cells with my DNA + malware? Then what? (I realize 100% that I'm ignorant here and am genuinely interested in the answer).

> Then what? I guess my point is that shit is happening fast, already unimaginable stuff is happening (DNA + malware in petri dish WTF would that have even meant 2 decades ago?) So if there are two miracle steps needed to make something insane happen and one has already occurred then shouldn't we be ready for some insanity?
