There was no agreement for compensation, so I don’t know that’d work. Some actual damage would have to be done. Lost time alone isn’t enough, it could maybe be shown to result from the damage and need to be restored. Justice is restoration, what’s broken? I change minds though small actions like refusing to work for companies that are out of alignment with my values, maybe this could do it. Sending a bill would be more of a symbolic FU than anything.
