It certainly _feels_ like I’ve had more Prime orders not show up in 2 days, when viewing the last 6 months, vs. those before that.
As a household we do about 400 orders a year on Amazon with a couple spikes around e.g. Christmas, but a consistent baseline of at least 20-25 monthly.
There’s a CSV you can pull which shows all the orders you’ve ever made, on what date, the cost, etc. I can’t recall if it logs a date for when it was delivered. Will have to look later.
- bob_theslob646 8y agoYou are one sample. Their are 100 million prime members. I am not saying that the service you are receiving is not poor, I am just saying that I cannot go off of two people complaining that their service is getting worse.
