Somebody at Otonomo used the Smarcar OAuth 2.0 documentation as a reference for their own documentation because it is pretty much the same (as it is for anyone who runs an OAuth 2.0 server). To conclude from this that Otonomo is "illegally cloning [their] product" is misleading at best. The Smartcar CEO is obviously pissed that they have a direct competitor with more funding so he tries to smear them over some trivialities.
