It was first coined in the 1700s and first popularized in American culture as early as the 30s, so really when people envision that "millionaire" from their childhood or from their parents' minds they're really thinking of a decamillionaire in today's dollars. When you frame it like that, I'm not sure if any millennial thinks that will happen.
