If a black person name's their son Tyrone, there's nothing wrong with that. It's a normal, human name. If someone walks up to a black guy that they've never met before and says, "Sup Tyrone?" that's racist. In the context of this, let's say that this was a group of black students from Morehouse, Tuskegee, or Florida A&M. It can be racist to say, "They should have named it Tyrone."
Racism is all about context.
