The 4th amendment doesn't matter in this case because US citizens don't have to participate in biometric collection.

Though, you'll still probably be subjected to an inordinate amount of inconvenience and suspicion by choosing to opt-out.

- geggam 7y agoSaying people aren't required is being facetious. A right is infringed when you have to do something extra to exercise it. Pretending otherwise is giving up a right.
