A long-term lease specifies what the rent will be for the length of the lease.lisper 7y agoThat's kind of like saying that you can think of a car as a roller skate because they each have four wheels. A lease is a contract arrived at by mutual agreement. Rent control is imposed unilaterally as a government fiat.taysic 7y agoIn relation to NIMBYism the effects are the same
