I'm not in position of hiring people but, a priori, the maxim - trial most, hire the best - seems correct. I consider CV and interviews to be a waste of time. Any thoughts about this?
- avip 8y agoThe sheer volume of resumes makes this approach impractical. You can easily get 1000 resumes for a sw position.
