- Proven 8y agoIt doesn't make sense, except if thanks to the State's intervention in insurance market actual insurance companies can't do their job, while app vendors can because they don't have to sell insurance under same conditions (if it's crowdsourcing they obviously just skim a bit from whatever users decide to spend). But the title implies anyone can get funded, which contradicts that possibility.
