I had dental insurance a couple years back and went to the dentist for a cleaning after probably 10 years and the dentist and the cleaning tech both said my teeth looked about like I skipped my last 6month visit (before I told them it had been a decade) Now that I’m not spreading the cost out over the year it is harder for me to get motivated to go and pay $250.
