Bekant Ikea powered sit/stand desk, dual monitors both on adjustable arms. Layout-wise, 70% of my desk is clear for keyboard+mouse; I have a large format mousepad though admittedly it's mainly for gaming. The other 30% is 2-4 piles of papers and/or books depending on what I'm working on at the moment.
