Souls are probably nonsense, but if there was some evidence we'd all like to see it. A feeling or experience someone has is not evidence. People used to claim all kinds of crazy things that we don't really accept anymore, because people have tested it. Astral travel, influencing people at a distance with their mind, along with the 100s of different religions that all claim their way is the way of god and the others are all just posers. I'd love to think that my parents and grandparents aren't just gone when they died, that they are somewhere else, alive, functioning, happy. But all evidence points another way.
