So you are yourself deciding if you are qualified to work for Google! Now on people can just tell Google that they are qualified and Google can hire them. Can you tell us who you work for now? Some of your coding projects, things you have accomplished? If you are really good, you can just create your own software. Btw, i am not white. I am Brown

I am a Black man. Like BLACK BLACK, like dark skin. The original color BLACK, Like not even brown. Born in AFRICA. Providing me links to Amazon and Google diversity page doesn't make the company less discriminatory when it comes to there hiring practices. Quite frankly it's kinda F#k up that the company has to have a webpage to show their diversity to the public. A company having a diversity page is like saying I quote "I am not racist I have a BLACK friend. look at my cool BLACK friend. " In most cases, these companies are doing this to steer clear of the NAACP In case you don't what that stands for NAACP* stands for (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People). That's right America has to have an NAACP because a lot of corporations discriminate against colored People and this has been going on for a very long time. And that's discrimination from the hiring process all the way up to career advancement opportunities say the company decides to hire that one BLACK PERSON. I've been in the Tech Field for 8+ years and let's just say a lot of F#@K sh!t happens to you when you're a BLACK MAN. The fact of the matter is when it comes to hiring and or interviewing. The person that's always making the decision say Hiring Manager is always white. It's never been a BLACK person interviewing me. like NEVER. Being a Black Male, I have to make sure I'm very careful and come off Nonthreatening. If police officers get super uncomfortable when they pull me over for whatever reason (hint: a Black man driving a white Toyota Prius) Think about what goes through an interviewers mind when it's a Black person they're interviewing. My talents and what's on my resume is overlooked once they see the color BLACK. The only thing the interviewer sees when I am at this stage is my BLACKNESS. It's plain an simple I am simply asking for an opportunity to work for company X. My skin color or making the interviewer feel comfortable should have absolutely nothing to do with my ability to do the FU#King job. When it comes to TECH ish I have the ability to embarrass people that have been in the field for 20-30+ years. ;) no joke.
