Last night I ate skyr (kind of yogurt) with expiry date at February. So far I am OK.
- benj111 8y agoWell yoghurt is already off milk.
- ValentineC 8y agoYoghurt is also acidic, making it less hospitable to mold, and moreso to lactobacilli and other similar bacteria that are generally safe to consume.
