This is not an expectation of privacy. This is a negative liberty from constant surveillance in public. This has something that has implicitly existed forever. Perhaps it needs to be explicitly stated now. And here I am not even advocating for that freedom, but simply for that freedom to be ephemeral in retrospect. Say after 2-10 years the data is destroyed.
