Pick a company that is in your industry or uses your business domain AND microservices. Alternately, if you have a specific deep skill (databases, Java performance, AI, whatever), apply to a company that needs those, and also uses microservices. Most companies won't care that you meet 70% and not 100% of the skills they list on the posting.
