A data scientist wo knows nothing about how to setup the tools he or she uses daily?

- drej 8y agoYes, it does happen. More often than I think is healthy.
- _visgean 8y agoWell I have some friends doing genetics and their infrastructure is maintained by IT team. For them the whole programming experience is connecting to jupyter server running on pre-configured server. I think there are even some online services offering this kind of configuration for teams.
