XIX is hiring front end developers

As a front end engineer, you'll be responsible for improving XIX web client using your extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will work with real-time data streams, engineer for performance across browsers, and delight people by making the best software you can imagine. Crucial: being humble, courageous and hungry. What you did is more important than vanilla credentials. We are taking on a challenge that bigger than any of us individually, so if you are up for the challenge and not biased by your past experience, shoot us a note. ## What you will be doing - Developing user-facing features end-to-end in a web application - Collecting usage metrics and implement dashboards for analysis - Working with the engineering team to integrate new features and ensure high maintainability # What you should have - 3+ years of experience writing client-side JavaScript - Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS and HTML - Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment - Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff - Strong communication skills - Self-­awareness and a desire to continually improve - Develop user-facing features end-to-end in a web application - Collect usage metrics and implement dashboards for analysis - Work with the engineering team to integrate new features and ensure high maintainability # Our process and what to expect 1.
