Ask HN: Good 3.5 SATA HD Enclosure

I am trying to find a good brand SATA HD enclosure for a 3.5 1.5tb 7200 rpm drive. USB. I have tried a few my Comkia and they are sloooow. Same with many other generic brands I have tried. Can anyone recommend a good enclosure? I am suffering with slow speed!
