Your post is only two hours old, and there are multiple responses on other comments here explaining the connection: Intel has never caught up to Qualcomm's performance in this field; their only significant customer for their 5G modem chips is Apple; they were Intel's customer primarily because of their litigation with Qualcomm; that litigation has now ended with Apple paying Qualcomm and agreeing to use their chips. You could have taken a few minutes to scan comments yourself and find this information. Or is not classy of me to point that out?
