Why not put the thing on torrents? (well I don't know much about security) If people care about the source then just use a nick/signature on the torrent that indicates wikileaks else someone else would start to modify info or release a fake. If they use torrents as a main medium, it might not be available to people to read as easily as a web app though (which even my grandpa can read stuff on the web). Considering they get blocked/change their DNS/host this way, torrents might seem right.
