  Though, to be fair: there have been "leaks" and sightings of unexplained aircraft. We just chalk it up to unreliable narrators and conspiracy theories. Leaks have to happen, but equally: we have to believe them for it to be justified as a leak.

  if it leaks so easy why don't we have a clear picture of the trillions? but if it doesn't leak at all, why all this info? the Pentagon fast Walker tic tac video. and whistleblowers. Corey Goode, Emery Smith. I mean some of these people are probably limited Hangouts, or shady, but there's edge of wonder, which is the most obviously intelligence agency-backed disclosure project I've seen. unacknowledged, beyond majestic, chart topping docos.
