I actually once (kind of) fixed a permanent startup blue screen on my years-old LG G3 by putting the motherboard in the oven. It worked again for ~2 months, which gave me plenty of time to backup all local data. Then the blue screen returned and after trying to bake it again, it would not power on at all anymore.
