Just curious, if you already have decent hosting couldn't you just implement this by installing openvpn on your existing virtual machine (or whatever)? Is there anything which specifically requires EC2?
- chopsueyar 16y agoI guess you just have to be careful of bandwidth overage. Don't use it with Netflix too much.
- rmc 16y agoThe same caveat about bandwidth usage applies to EC2. You have to pay (twice in & out) for EC2 traffic.
- delano 16y agoThere's nothing specific to EC2. You could do the same thing with any hosted machine you have root access to.
