- EtienneK 8y agoFurthermore, since Tencent’s largest shareholder is African, does that make Tencent and African company? This question is rhetorical.

Its services and activities benefiti Africans so yes, it its African. Jumia on the other hand, unless you are from around here and have used Jumia, you will understand my point.
