The whole point of negotiating is to be willing to walk away if the other side doesn't agree.
- learc83 8y agoThat's the problem. Many low skilled employees aren't in a position to walk away from an employment offer. Do you think that there should be any limit on the duration and scope of non-compete clauses?
- skookumchuck 8y agoThere is no one-size-fits-all limit. People vary widely, and a government bludgeon is hardly going to work for most people.
