If you can screenshot it, you can paste it into MS Paint. No difference from Photoshop or any other image editing program. The only problem I have with MS Pain

If you can screenshot it, you can paste it into MS Paint. No difference from Photoshop or any other image editing program. The only problem I have with MS Paint is that it doesn't give me the hex value of the color I picked, only the individual RGB values.
