Not really, I'd say in that case its more like doing stock photo shoots, knowing it will be used for commercial purposes. Vs what FB is doing, sure they mostly likely own any photo uploaded to them via their TOS, but people never expected for those photos to be used in commercial purposes, even if they say they can in the TOS.
