Electric exposure is such a new phenomenon in terms of human evolution... like, humans have had their hands on small charged devices for like less than 100 years. I wonder if an overweight person feels less of the electricity since they have more fat shielding their nervous system?

  i think a hand rubbing against a wool sweater making a little shock is different than having a laptop over my nuts for 10 hours a day!
