I know I have to get it under control like you, but it's super hard and it looks so effortless for other people. They can just sit there, take in all the nonsense people are spewing with a straight face and then send an email to the appropriate people about it. It takes me all the efforts in the world to do something like that, and it would exhaust me for hours afterwards. It is easier doing it now at 29 than it was at 19, though. Maybe 10 more years of practice is all I need.
