As a scientist, I think the shitty thing about these media hype stories is that it can create massive resentment in a reseaerch team when one person is suddenly made out to be a "historic figure".
- tomatotomato37 8y agoYou have to feel bad for the women that did have part of their algorithms form the final image but didn't get recognized as the "Woman behind the blackhole" since they don't take attractive Facebook selfies
