  Possibly a reference to the "Collateral Murder" video released by Wikileaks, which showed a US military helicopter shooting people in Iraq.

  Wikileaks uncovered blatant killing of civilians by US military personnel during the Iraqi war. To my knowledge, no one has been prosecuted for these murders.

  The collateral murder video showed how US military killed innocent unarmed civilians from the air and then shot other innocent and unarmed civilians who were trying to give first aid to the victims and get them to a hospital.
