It works fine, except when it doesn't. They let another guy sign up with dots and I get his emails, letters from his girlfriend, bank statements and what not.

It works fine, except when it doesn't. They let another guy sign up with dots and I get his emails, letters from his girlfriend, bank statements and what not. And at some point, they stopped doing these erroneous signups. But I still keep getting these emails because they strip all the dots and relay them. This is just terrible. I don't care about the -4 as much as I care about someone understanding how serious this issue really is.
