- intopieces 8y agoA better comparison would be if you watched 8 second clips of various TV shows from around the world without knowing the title and without having control over which ones you watched. Whether you consider that “actually watching” is a matter of opinion, but your ability to process and take action on any of the clips is certainly diminished.
